So the way a parent, or a family member, or a patient themselves keeps up with the current cutting edge science is difficult, so what we’ve tried to provide with MyOncofertility is a place that we are updating the most recent information from across the globe on what the options are for a young person with a cancer diagnosis—relative to their fertility.

And so we want to be the authoritative voice and the one-stop shopping site where during that maybe 24 or 48 hours while an individual is going through a complex set of emotions and decision-making processes, that they can come to the site and find the newest technology available to them. It’s also a place where we’re putting stories from research scholars, from the providing physicians, and from the patients and parents themselves who’ve already gone through the decisioning process and now are back within the time frame of their healthy life. So this Web site is built to provide that cutting-edge information in a timely manner so that all people associated with this disease can get the information they need.
