You have to form your own questions, and this should definitely be a part of your question to the physician when you go see them: how will my fertility be affected? What is the risk? How high a risk are the chemotherapy agents that I receiving? You know, will I be fertile after, what are my options.
So I suggest that, when you go see your oncologist—bring up these questions. Ask them about your options, ask them if they can refer you to somebody that knows about fertility options.
