With respect to married couples, at least on the front end, it's somewhat easy. In the sense that, with married couples, they can reproduce the old fashioned way, they can go seek in vitro fertilization and other fertility treatments. With unmarried couples, by and large it is very similar. The Supreme Court has ruled that reproductive rights lie equally with married and non-married couples. It’s considered an individual right as opposed to a couple right.
