The cost for donor sperm on average is about $200 to $500 depending upon which lab you actually get the sperm from. Fertility centers work with sperm banks all over the country and are able to negotiate rates with them but generally, it’s about $200 to $500. So, it’s relatively inexpensive if a woman decides that she wants to use donor sperm.
