The cost of sperm cryopreservation and storage runs from about $200 to $500, depending on the center where you’re having this done. There typically is an annual storage fee as well, and patients should be made very well aware of the fact that typically, the storage contracts or storage agreements are renewed on an annual basis. So if a patient is moving or changing their address, it’s really important that they contact the center where the sperm is being stored so that the specimen is appropriately taken care of.
